    Every effort has been made by the BREEDER(s) to produce a litter both physically and mentally sound and will stand behind this BREEDING to the extent stated in this contract, however, the BUYER accepts full responsibility for proper care once the puppy leaves the BREEDER except as otherwise provided in this contract. The BREEDER cannot be held responsible for death, injury or deformity of the pup due to any of the following if they happen after the buyer takes custody of the pup: illness, accident or deviation from adequate health and grooming care normally given a Poodle.

The BUYER agrees to take this pup to a Veterinarian of choice within 72 hours of receiving for a well puppy check-up.   If the Veterinarian finds the pup to be ill  or defective and the BUYER elects to keep the pup the BREEDER is not liable for any existing or future medical bills.  The BUYER must return the pup immediately to the BREEDER for a replacement pup.

The BUYER further agrees to continue any vaccinations as recommended by the BREEDER or the buyer’s  Veterinarian. The BUYER also agrees that this pup will be properly house trained so that he/she will occupy a suitable space inside the BUYERS home. The puppy may not be left alone outside without enclosed, protective fencing that the pup cannot escape from or jump over .  

The BREEDER GUARANTEES this pup against hereditary or congenital deformities or dysfunctions as follow:

The BREEDER guarantees the above-described Poodle for his/her whole life, as long as the above named Poodle remains in the possession of the original owner of this contract, against congenital or hereditary deformity. Examples of such deformities include:  Hip Dysplasia,Patellar Luxation,Epilepsy ,Sebaceous Adenitis , Juvenile Renal Disease and eye diseases such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy , Juvenile Cataracts

If covered defects do occur, the BUYER has the following options:

BUYER may return the afflicted dog or present Veterinary proof of it's Stated Health or Death due to the covered defects and the BREEDER will replace it with a select quality dog without charge. The neutered/spayed animal need not be returned to the BREEDER if BUYER chooses to keep the dog.   The BUYER also agrees that if the pup can no longer be kept for any reason including but not limited to: death, illness, disability or incapacity of the BUYER, relocation of the BUYER to an unsuitable dwelling, or incapability of the dog, the above Poodle, Can be returned to the BREEDER at any point in its life. If the above Poodle has to leave your ownership,YOU must contact Lujaxs Poodles FIRST and supply Lujaxs Poodles with contact information:
